Privacy Policy
What we collect. When you contact us, subscribe, or book the studio, we receive the details you type — name, email, phone, and your message. Our site does not run advertising trackers or sell personal data, ever.
How we use it. To reply to you, confirm bookings, send episodes you subscribed to, and improve our shows and services. That's the whole list.
Newsletters. Episode alerts go out only to addresses that opted in. Every email includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately — no account, no questions.
How long we keep it. Enquiries for up to 24 months, booking records for as long as tax rules require, and newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe. Ask us to delete your data anytime at hello@lanternlinepodcast.com and we'll confirm within 30 days.
Your content. Raw recordings and masters remain yours. We keep working copies to deliver your project and backups for 90 days, then archive or delete on request.
Terms & Conditions
Services. Recording, editing, distribution, and marketing work is quoted per project or plan. Production timelines start when we receive everything needed from you (files, approvals, guest details).
Studio bookings. Sessions are confirmed on reply, not on request. Free cancellation up to 48 hours ahead; later cancellations are billed at 50% since your engineer is reserved.
Ownership. You own your show, recordings, and all deliverables once paid in full. Clips, graphics, and artwork we create for you are yours to reuse forever.
Website content. Show art, articles, and copy on this site belong to Lanternline Podcast Co or our creators. You're welcome to share episode links; please don't republish full articles or artwork without asking.
Changes. If these terms change materially, we'll note it here with a new revision date. Continued use of the site or services after changes means you accept them.
